Fantastic $30 Map-Making Software Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream
After a short availability back in April, the Map Making Mega Bundle is back for a limited time that lasts until Dec. 2. Described as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" created by ProFantasy Software throughout their history, the entire collection carries a value of over $1,300. And there are multiple package options available here.
Primary Feature
The big draw is definitely permanent access for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard cartography program which enables users to generate various types including epic fantasy landscapes, detailed regional charts, urban layouts, and, perhaps most importantly, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.

Package Levels
Basic Package
The most affordable option, starting at just one dollar, features merely four from the thirty-nine available products: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Monster Token Pack 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for existing CC3+ users, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, more than two dozen aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, plus seventy-plus building interiors.
Intermediate Package
The eight-product collection starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from ProFantasy's long-running monthly subscription service featuring a variety CC3+ add-ons like map collections and additional utilities. Isometric Cities lets you present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from multiple angles. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping comprises 760 pages suitable for novices and experts, full of tips and tutorials for the map-making process.

Every volume from the Annual series come with this bundle, plus numerous other resource and asset packs enabling creators to craft complete solar systems, or just go all-in on classic fantasy realm creation: combat arenas, dungeons, urban centers, and continents in multiple viewpoints. You can even design character illustrations. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle offers tremendous value, especially for cartographers who have only the annual CC3+ license and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly an even better deal for cartography beginners since it includes the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The one caveat here though you can redeem the deal on any platform, the applications only function on Windows.
Charitable Component
Similar to previous bundles, part of every purchase supports charitable organizations. For this one, that's Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 focused on improving the lives of children worldwide through education, health care, and emergency relief. There's also an donation allocation menu just below that, enabling adjustment of the distribution percentage allocated between the platform, developer, and charity.
