More Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island among the photographs.

Additionally contained in this new image drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling distinct areas of the property.

In addition to this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.

Further materials disclosed as part of the continuing oversight release.
